You've created an outbound IVR, and now it's time to select the people who will receive your IVR broadcast. You do that by adding contacts to your campaign via the Contacts tab. Here's how.

Adding IVR Contacts

After you're done structuring your IVR, you click the green NEXT button. This takes you to the 2. Contacts tab, as seen below.


You're given five options for selecting and adding contacts: Upload, Choose Lists, Add Contact, Filter, and Copy & Paste. You will click on one of these buttons and select your contacts. More detailed instructions on how to do so can be found in the Contact Selection portion of the Help documentation. Our system will then "validate" your contacts, as detailed in the Validating Contacts section.

Once you're done, click the green NEXT button at the bottom of the page. Doing so takes you to the 3. Settings tab, where you'll complete the last steps of your IVR broadcast.
