If you encounter a Batch Error on your Contacts page, it means that there was a problem when your list was being uploaded. 

The Batch Error Message



If you uploaded a list of phone numbers, but your campaign isn't calling anyone, there may have been a problem with your Excel workbook. Most likely, CallFire couldn't recognize all the information on the spreadsheet. This results in what we call a batch error. Fixing it is easy. Simply click on the error message itself.


A popup window will open, and the validation process will begin. Errors are indicated with red light. You will find a complete list of all the validation checks, along with steps to resolve any problems, on the Validating Contacts page.
