In CallFire's Voice Broadcast system, there are three ways of creating or choosing outgoing messages that the people who receive your calls will hear.

The Create a Message pop-up box

All four of the major sections of the "Voice Broadcast - Sounds" page — Live Answer, Answering Machine, Transfer and Do Not Call — have a "Select a Message" button. When you click this button, you're given the option of selecting a message you have previously uploaded to CallFire, or choosing the "Create Message" button to create a new one. When you click "Create Message," as you see below, the "Create a Message" pop-up box appears.
