CallFire offers an easy way for you to be alerted when there is activity in your account. You can configure your account to receive an email alert after certain types of activity.

Email Notification Settings

There are three account level notification types. Check the box of the type(s) of notifications you would like to receive.

  • Campaign finished: you will be alerted after any campaign finishes.
  • Inbound calls/texts: you will be alerted after anyone calls or texts one of your phone numbers.
  • Monthly payment confirmation: you will be alerted after your monthly renewal payment has been processed

The option "Apply to existing" will enable the option for any campaigns, calls, and texts that are in progress. If you do not check the box, you will be alerted for all future campaigns, calls, and texts.
