This section offers descriptions of all of the Call Disposition codes that you will encounter when using CallFire products.
|All Circuits Busy
|All lines were busy while attempting to make the call.
|You selected the answering machine detection option, and the call went to an answering machine. Our system has left a message for you.
|The line was busy when the call was made.
|Do Not Call
|The phone number is on your do-not-call list. To read more about how Do Not Call works at CallFire, please click here.
|The campaign has been started and your numbers are being dialed, but there are no definitive results yet.
|The person you called initiated a transfer.
|The area code and prefix combination does not exist in the CallFire database.
|The call was answered and detected to be a person. If answering machine detection is turned off, all connected calls are live answer.
|The call was placed, but there was no answer from the receiving party.
|The phone number was not dialed. There could be multiple reasons, including that your account is out of credits or the number is outside of your time-zone designation.
|The number is ready to dial, but the call has not been made. Possible reasons could include that your account is out of credits, or the number is outside of your time-zone designation.
|The transfer was received by your designated transfer number.
|The call was not connected because all available carriers refused to accept it.
* A transfer disposition means that the person you called was transferred to your transfer number.

|Your campaign has been started, but we have not received final confirmation that it has been completed. Rest assured that it will be.
|The text message was received.
|A text message reply was received.
|The text was sent.
|The text message was too long to be sent.
|The text message was not delivered.
|An error occurred while attempting the call.
|There was an internal system error. Please contact CallFire Support for more details.
