CallFire is always looking innovative applications to using our auto dialer software. We've found one more way to use the Cloud Call Center power dialer. Now you can use your iPad – or any other similar tablet device – to run your auto dialer campaign. You must have a soft phone application such as Skype or Bria, with an inbound local or toll free number attached to it. In my case, I am using Skype with one of their $2.99 per month inbound numbers. First log into Skype so that your inbound calling is active and available. Next, launch Safari and go to Log in using the proper credentials and your inbound soft phone number. Answer the phone with your iPad Skype or Bria app – enter pound when requested by the Agent Callback. At this point you can switch to CallFire in your Safari app. Enter your Agent ID in the input box, and you can control everything from your iPad touchscreen, using your built-in iPad speakers and microphone for the call. You can also use headphones, of course. That’s it! We tested this with and iPad 3G, using both a Wi-Fi and a 3G connection, with excellent results!
