Why Should You Make the Switch? Here’s why.

Simple options from the Create Campaign page

Our new Create Campaign is your new hub for choosing which type of campaign you want to create, including Voice Broadcast. It’s a simple, but powerful gateway for accessing our all of our products!

Easy access to the Create function from anywhere

And, no matter where you are within our new user interface, you can now easily reach the Create Campaign screen via the Create button in the top menu bar. Just one click instantly takes you to a variety of product options.

Several important options in one location

With our new Voice Broadcast - Sounds page — the Sounds tab — you no longer need to leave the page to change options. It consolidates and allows access to several important functions in one location, including the enable and disable features. And with our new Send Test Call feature, you can listen to your message on your phone first, to ensure it sounds exactly as you desire, and then send it out!

Uploading and creation of sound messages made easy!

Uploading and recording sound message files has never been easier, thanks to our Create a Message pop-up box. You can even upload MP3 files. And with our Text to Speech option, you can leave the speaking to our automated male or female voices — in either English or Spanish. Wow!

Ability to upload contacts via copy-and-paste

You’re no longer just a number, thanks to the new CallFire. Our new copy-and-paste feature is a contact-centric option that allows you to quickly incorporate contacts into your campaigns. So powerful!

Advanced campaign functions on the same page

Search no more! Our new Settings tab allows a bevy of convenient advanced options, including the setting of times restricting when the system can make calls for you. Awesome!

This concludes your quick overview of some of the major changes that the new CallFire user interface will bring to your Voice Broadcast campaigns.
