CallFire's Call Tracking product is an easy and cost-effective way to increase the return on investment of your advertising dollars. You buy local or toll-free numbers, and then place a different one in each of your advertising categories, such as billboards, Internet ads, newspaper ads, television commercials and direct-mail pieces. The response you get to each of these dedicated phone numbers tells you which advertising method works best.
Latest Help Documents
The Call Records tab provides detailed information about each call that your call tracking number receives. You will be able to view the number that called you, as well as the time, date, and duration of the call. You can also listen to the call, if you have call recording enabled.
The Labels page allows you to remove unwanted labels from your account.

From your Settings page, click the Labels link on the left.
Click the "remove" link to delete a selected label. You cannot create labels on this page. Labels are created on the Settings page of a campaign, or in the case of a Call-Tracking campaign, on the Numbers page.
In your Sound Library, you have the ability to create new sounds, as well as to label, rename, and archive (delete) them.

From the Account Settings page, click the Sounds like on the left. You will be brought to your Library.
