Currently, the white label program is only available for Voice Broadcast and Virtual Call Center.
The reseller version of our Cloud Call Center - called the Virtual Call Center - does not include the MachineSkip or SmartDrop options and is billed per minute for both legs of the call (to the agent, and to the contact).
You must first be logged in as a regular CallFire user, or have an account. When you click "Sign Up" on the right, you will either be taken straight to the sign-up page, or you will be asked to log in first, and then redirected.
The amount you make as a white label customer is dependent on the price point at which you resell our services. We estimate the average rebranding client will easily accrue over $10,000/month residually.
As a white label customer, you must purchase minutes in bulk. The rates & increments are as follows:

White label customers will have their own site just like CallFire - except with their company's logo and name on the site. After signing up and sending the payment, please allow 1-2 weeks for your site to be provisioned. The White label program allows you to retain a revenue stream from your customers, and charge them the prices you wish to charge for your voice broadcast & virtual call center services. Your clients will never see the CallFire name associated with your new website.
Currently, you may receive payment by Google Checkout, Cash, Check, or Credit Card using your own Processor & Merchant account.
There are no limits to how much dialing you can do with this program.
The White Label Annual fee is $499.99. This includes:
- hosting, bandwidth and power charges for the year
- domain name transfer and security certificate installation
- setting up your account management tools so you can manage your users
Your white-labeled site has a minimum wholesale purchase of 10,000 minutes.
