CallFire's predictive dialer takes about 5 minutes to setup.  We like to say it's the fastest distributed call center available on the web. Within 5 minutes, you are able to setup at-home or call center agents to dial your lists.  You're also able to collect custom dispositions, statistics, and get full agent performance statistics.

Dialing speeds

CallFire's power dialing algorithm keeps your agents busy.  Agents can take anywhere from 50 to 200 calls each hour.

Intelligent features 
CallFire's hosted power dialer offers intelligent dialing features, namely MachineSkip answering avoidance and SmartDrop answering machine messaging. With MachineSkip answering machine avoidance, CallFire weeds out all of the calls that go directly to answering machine and drops a pre-recorded message on to those voice mails. Should you choose to activate this feature, your agents may experience a slight delay when receiving your phone calls. This is because CallFire's system is trying to discern whether the voice on the other end is a live voice or an answering machine.

With SmartDrop answering machine messaging, agents no longer  waste time leaving a live message on an answering machine. As soon as agents hear a phone's voice mail message, they can press a button which releases a pre-recorded message on to the answering machine. 


Agent statistics & limits
You may have up to 300 agents connected to each one of your outbound power dialing campaigns.  Administrators can listen to previously recorded phone calls, monitor active agent conversations, and can even run campaign-level statistics and agent-specific reports.
