This is your main dashboard for the site. You can see all the campaigns you’ve created and the
current real time status of the campaigns.
Here are some of the things you can do from here:

The Action Bar Contains all the main functions you can perform on a campaign. In order to perform an action on a campaign, checkbox the campaign and then select the action item you want to perform. Click the "Go" button to proceed.
Have your My Campaigns table refresh automatically by turning on the "Auto Update". This will make your web page reload the statistics for your running campaigns every few seconds.
To help you execute your campaign actions faster, we added quick action buttons. Here are the buttons and what they do =
To Start a campaign, either click on the "Start Campaign" Action button as described in the Quick Guide to the Campaign Action Buttons. Or check the box next to your campaign and select "Start Campaign" from the Action Bar followed by pressing "Go".
To Stop a campaign, either click on the "Stop Campaign" Action button as described in the Quick Guide to the Campaign Action Buttons. Or check the box next to your campaign and select "Stop Campaign" from the Action Bar followed by pressing "Go".
You can only delete a campaign that is not running. To initiate the delete, click on the Delete button as shown in the Quick Guide to the Campaign Action Buttons. You can also select "Delete Campaign" from the Action Bar followed by pressing "Go".
Need to add more numbers? Select "Add More Numbers" from the Action Bar followed by pressing "Go".
CallFire allows you to change the speed of your campaign real-time. Simply click on the Speed link and you can enter in the new speed in the text box. Click "Set" and you are done. Here is a visual guide to how to change speeds =

Step 1: Click on the "Speed (50cpm)" Text
Step 2: Enter in the new speed and click set.
CallFire allows you to redial a subset of your previous campaign. For example, if you want to redial all the No Answers from a campaign or a combination of No Answer and Answering Machines.
To create a campaign subset, check mark the campaign and select "Create Subset Campaign" from the Action Bar followed by pressing "Go".
You will be asked to choose which numbers to add to the new Subset campaign, once you select your options. A new campaign will show up on your My Campaigns page. The name of the campaign will be the same except a "(subset)" next to it.
To view the campaign dashboard for any campaign. Click on the magnifying glass icon next to it, or the name of the campaign.
View detailed campaign call records by clicking the excel icon shown in the Quick Guide to the Campaign Action Buttons.
To duplicate a campaign without the phone numbers, use the "Copy Campaign" from the Action Bar followed by pressing "Go". You can use this to create an exact duplicate of a campaign you created before without all the phone numbers. Use the Add Phone Numbers action to put in a new list once the copy is created.
CallFire includes a comprehensive scheduler for your campaigns. If you need your campaign to start and stop at certain times, use the alarm icon as shown in the Quick Guide to the Campaign Action Buttons.
Once your campaign is created, the numbers can be re-scrubbed against your internal do not call list by using the "Scrub Campaign" option in the Action Bar. CallFire only scrubs your campaigns if you opt into it during campaign creation, add phone numbers or when you manually use the "Scrub Campaign".
This is ideal to use when you have added new numbers to your do not call phonebook and wish to remove those numbers from campaigns that have already been created in the past.
