This page allows you to add numbers to your campaign either from your CallFire phonebook or from an Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. The following assumptions are made:
CallFire allows you to create campaigns from phonebooks you may have created as part of your account.
From the drop down list you can now choose a pre-loaded phonebook.
If you don't have a phonebook setup or would like to upload a new list of numbers you can do so by uploading a file to the server. You can upload an Excel spreadsheet or CSV.
Note Excel 2007 Users: Only Excel spreadsheets created using version 2003 or older are supported. If you have a newer version of Excel please convert your file to CSV.
Note MAC Users: If uploading a CSV file, please make sure to save it in the CSV for MS-DOS format.
Use this field to select the column of the spreadsheet that has the phone numbers listed.
So for example, if your phone numbers are in column A, select A, if they are in column C, select C.
Choose 'Yes' if you would like to scrub these numbers against your CallFire master DNC list.
Note: This is your account DNC and is not scrubbed against the federeal DNC list.
Enter your SAN Number, or alternate ID depending on your specific situation. For further info, please click here.
Initial your campaign with the first letter of the first and last name of your account.
Type "I Agree" and click submit. At this point, your file will be uploaded and if there are no errors, you will be redirected to your " My Campaigns" page.
