Predictive dialing
CallFire's predictive dialer takes about 5 minutes to setup.  We like to say it's the fastest distributed call center available on the web.

Within 5 minutes, you are able to setup at-home or call center agents to dial your lists.  You're also able to collect custom dispositions, statistics, and get full agent performance statistics.

Dialing speeds
CallFire's predictive algorithm automatically sends your agents calls based on how busy they are.  The algorithm performs best when your campaign has at least 15 connected agents.

Agent statistics & limits
You may have up to 300 agents connected to each one of your outbound predictive dialing campaigns.  You may derive both  campaign-level statistics and agent-specific statistics.
