Single Bridge Call - Connect A Call
This function will connect a single call of your preference. This starts by calling your phone number first, when you press 1 it will connect you to the desired destination phone number.

Parameters
- callerid = The callerid on the call.
- agentNumber = Your phone number, this is the call that goes out first.
- extension = Your extension to dial after the line answers.
- transfer = The number of the destination call.
Return Value
- long = The ID of the call that is sent out.
