Different Call Status Types

These are all the Call Status Types:

  • LA = Live Answer
  • AM = Answering Machine
  • TRANSFER = transfered call
  • NOANSWER
  • BUSY
  • ERROR
  • NEW = not dialed
  • SELECTED = getting prepared to dial
  • INVALID = bad number
  • DUPLICATE = removed if duplicate scrubbing was run on the campaign
  • SCRUBBED = removed if scrubbed against your internal no-call list
