Different Call Status Types
These are all the Call Status Types:
- LA = Live Answer
- AM = Answering Machine
- TRANSFER = transfered call
- NOANSWER
- BUSY
- ERROR
- NEW = not dialed
- SELECTED = getting prepared to dial
- INVALID = bad number
- DUPLICATE = removed if duplicate scrubbing was run on the campaign
- SCRUBBED = removed if scrubbed against your internal no-call list
