Updating CallFire XML Campaigns:
CallFire's pleased to announce the ability to update your IVR within your campaign. No need to create a new campaign and reconcile your list of numbers when you find it necessary to change something mid-stream. Simply click on your campaign name in your Campaign Dashboard, and then click on "Click here to view/modify your CallFire XML."

Correct Number Playback with Text-To-Speech:
One of the quirks with TTS is the way it reads back a multi-integer string. 1017 is read back as "one thousand seventeen" rather than as "one-zero-one-seven." CallFire now offers the ability to set up a 'setvar' tag with a couple of values that will open up the number string and allow it to be read as integers rather than as a whole number. Read more
