Igor is from Chernivtci, West Ukraine, where people are friendly and have open minds. He enjoys programming, obtaining new knowledge and reading technical books. He's also interested in sport and motorbikes.

Nels makes sure that CallFire customers can easily create and manage campaigns via our website. A holder of bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of California, Santa Cruz and DePaul University, respectively, he's lived in Vietnam and traveled Southeast Asia extensively.

Our resident special-event planner, Ryann graduated from New York University's renowned Tisch School of the Arts with a bachelor in film and TV production, and then held sales and marketing positions at DeVry University and CareerBuilder. She loves music, photography and her Shepherd mix, Riley.

Ryan recently joined CallFire after spending two years as a math teacher for Teach For America, a nonprofit that seeks to eliminate educational inequity in low-income communities. He holds a bachelor's in philosophy, politics and economics from Claremont McKenna College and a master of business administration from Claremont Graduate University's Drucker School of Management. He likes to run, snowboard, and play basketball and soccer.

A former private first class in the U.S. Army Reserves, Tom has served in a variety of managerial, help desk and office functions at companies such as Sam's Club and Hollywood Video. He received a bachelor's in applied management, summa cum laude, from Grand Canyon University. He's a diehard Lakers fan who also enjoys hunting, fishing, poker, basketball, swimming, playing pool and tinkering with automobiles.

Jeff recently joined CallFire after working in quality assurance engineering for Deluxe Digital Studios and in development and testing for Varolii Corporation. At CallFire, he creates formal requirements that document the features we build and ensure they meet our needs. He holds a bachelor's in computer engineering from the University of Washington, and is a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Typology Indicator. He's a hockey fan and a gamer, playing everything from Civilization to World of Warcraft.

Shannon works with our carriers and helps new customers bring their existing numbers over to CallFire. She graduated from UCLA recently with a bachelor in linguistics and French, and loves traveling and exploring the great outdoors.

Michelle has an extensive background in international business-to-business sales, including working with a variety of importers in exotic locales such as Manila, Taipei, Hong Kong and Southern China. During this time, she handled everything from identifying trends and designing prototypes to executing logistics and shipping. She's thrilled to be back in a B2B environment and part of the CallFire team.

Yuriy has a Masters degree in applied mathematics from Donetsk National University. He has worked as a software developer for Daintel and MTS Ukraine, where he designed and maintained databases, fine-tuned mySQL, and performed UNIX shell scripting. He is also proficient in server-side Java development, and holds a number of Oracle certifications

Charles earned a bachelor's degree in biological sciences from Stanford University. Since then, he's worked in technological, as well as research and development, roles in several industries. Outside of work, he loves baseball, basketball and ping pong.

Oleksandr Kunytsia is a system administrator at Ez Texting. "Nice young man with sparkling eyes and a welcoming personality" is written on Oleksandr's Couchsurfing profile. Besides traveling and welcoming people on Couchsurfing and Postcrossing, he is keen on localization, and has already done some Ukrainian translation for FreeBSD and other open-source projects.

Pasha is a senior software engineer at Ez Texting. He graduated from the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in 2007 with a computer science degree. He has experience in web development and building and supporting web platforms using LAMP/LAPP. Pasha likes reading, mathematics and watching snooker.

A native of Los Angeles, Erin has years of accounting experience in various industries, including restaurants and personal finance, and at renowned entertainment institutions like Sony Pictures Studios and the House of Blues nightclubs. At CallFire, she handles accounts receivable and payables, expense reports and other accounting functions. She enjoys spending time with her son and husband and riding her motorcycle when time permits.

Catherine's a huge follower of Comic-Con, the widely popular celebration of pop culture, comic books, science fiction, fantasy, film and television. She received a bachelor in digital arts from Chapman University, and also interned at DreamWorks. At CallFire, she strives for a user interface that is as customer friendly as possible.

Cynthia graduated from The American University of Paris with a bachelor's in computer science. Following graduation, she helped establish France's first microcomputer hardware and software testing laboratory, at InfoWorld's French sister publication, InfoPC. Since returning to the U.S., she's worked on computer systems of all sizes for companies such as MCI and Ravisent Technologies. Her interests include languages, photography and jewelry.

A graduate of Boston University with a bachelor in international relations, Max is our Sultan of the Surf. Prior to CallFire, he worked at a large Los Angeles law firm as a litigation clerk. When not handling sales and support calls for CallFire or riding the waves out in Malibu, he runs, coaches the CallFire marathon team and salsa dances.

Jeff holds multiple diplomas, including a bachelor's degree from Montreal's McGill University and a master's from the University of Washington, and is doctoral candidate at UCLA. Before joining CallFire, he worked in strategic sourcing and contract management with Ariba and as a purchaser for IBM. A lover of languages — he's fluent in French — Jeff also enjoys cooking and studying history.

John received his bachelor's and master's degrees in mechanical engineering from UCLA, and then served as an engineer for Rocketdyne on the Space Shuttle main engines. The adventurous type, he's run with the bulls in Pampolona, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, taken in the Taj Mahal, found the lost city of Petra, and skied the slopes from Whistler to Telluride.

Evan is a Zend certified engineer for PHP 5.3 and Zend Framework, as well as a regular speaker at developer conferences around the world. He's worked on and led many large-scale web development projects to success. When not in front of a computer, Evan enjoys being outdoors with his two border collies and doing anything related to aviation.

Bill is a published, award-winning concert music composer with a master's degree in music from DePaul and a doctorate in music and composition from Northwestern University. Besides being our lead support technician, he's also our senior IVR designer. His career has included service at such notable companies as Motorola and Ameritech. CallFire team members are fond of attending local performances by his jazz-blues band, for which Bill plays lead guitar.

Adam loves Johann S. Bach so much that, after college, he started a rock band called "The J.S. Bach Experience," which only played his music. He holds a bachelor in music from the California Institute of the Arts and studied music for six months in Bali. In the past, he's worked as a quantitative research programmer, and as a software engineer doing non-contact 3D metrology.

Allison has been with Ez Texting since 2008. She has always worn many hats here while working her way upward in the company. She started out as a sales assistant, became director of sales, and was COO of Ez Texting before becoming Director of Messaging Operations at CallFire. Allison is a huge foodie, so she tries to enjoy all of the great restaurants New York City has to offer. She also volunteers for a number of animal rescue groups and shelters.

A veteran of the US Navy, Michael enjoys traveling. His motto is “everything is fixable.”

His tech interests are high-load systems and open-source projects. Vasyl loves abstract art, experimental music and art-house movies.

Artur graduated from Tavrida National University in Simferopol, Crimea, Ukraine, with a master's degree in computing. He's work on mobile games and apps development for J2ME, Android, BlackBerry and iPhone. He has also collaborated on big-data analytics and reporting for Seven Networks, most of it using Java and related technologies. In his spare time, he enjoys football, snowboarding, tennis, and mountain biking.

His fascinating background includes time spent doing bio-economic simulation models of the New England Fishery for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and water policy studies for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. He's also a lover of cooking and making pottery.

He has extensive experience in both Fortune 500 and startup environments, including WebVisible and 12 years at United Online. He's also proficient in the martial arts.

Spend a couple of minutes with Jacob, and you'll quickly figure out why he once received the Customer Service All-Star award at renowned retail giant Nordstrom. A graduate of Occidental College with a bachelor in economics, he loves making great ice cream ("Weiss Cream") — much to our enjoyment! — and playing ultimate Frisbee and card games.

He has more than 10 years of extensive experience in software development creating top quality architecture with Java and related tools. With a solid background in Object-Oriented analysis and design patterns, Yuriy brings with him a comprehensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, data modeling, testing, and performance tuning. He is also experienced in working remotely with foreign teams.

Joshua leads our SMS marketing efforts. Counting his time here and as CMO of Ez Texting, he has spent nearly half of his life in the mobile/tech space. In 2000, he co-founded MobileSmarts, one of the earliest, largest distributors of ringtones in North America (early as in monophonic ringtones). Joshua likes history, maps and scotch.

"Ready, set, hike!" Or should we say, "pick 'em!" because John is our fantasy football aficionado. Before joining CallFire, he worked for two years in developer operations at Chrome River, and for six years at Symantec. He attended Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, Calif. When not conquering the virtual gridiron, he follows the Detroit Red Wings of the NHL, plays poker, and enjoys watching Blu-ray movies in his home theater.

Born in Southern Ukraine, Oleksandr studied at the National Technical University of Ukraine (“Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”) under the faculty of Aviation and Space Systems. He is experienced in Linux/UNIX, open-source software, networking and high-load web hosting. He enjoys building stable, slim harmonic systems. His hobbies include reading popular books about Life, the Universe and Everything, seeking a fundamental understanding of the origin of the human mind and surrounding reality. He’s also interested in aircrafts, space exploration, bike racing and travelling throughout Ukraine.

If there’s a campaign you want to run, he can help you do it. Prior to Ez Texting, Albert thrived on spreadsheets in the world of aerospace supply chain management.

Lyuba joined Ez Texting in February 2008 to work on a small, single server b2b website. Since then she grew 4 years older (and smarter, sure thing), while Ez Texting grew 40 times larger. Knowing the platform from scratch, Lyuba contributed to almost every module of the application and keeps doing so every working day. When she isn’t perfecting her web development skills, she likes to stay active. You can find her rock climbing, kayaking, skiing, rollerblading and, of course, hiking on weekends and vacations.
